Litter picking

I did a sponsored litter pick in November because I was fed up of seeing so much litter around when I went for walks, so I decided I should do something about it. Litter can do so much damage to wildlife and it is easy for us to just take it home or put it in a bin instead of dropping it. If you are out on a walk and have got rubbish with you please take it home or find a bin to put it in. And if you see lots of litter, try to pick some of it up (but be careful of glass or sharp objects) and make the place just a little bit tidier and nicer for everyone.
t's fantastic to see young people like you behaving more sensibly than many adults around and being respectful of our environment. I hope with your help, others can also learn to protect and love our environment and wildlife as much as you do.
