This week is national vegetarian week. We did a post recently about how eating more vegetarian food is good for the environment. We like to plan our meals for the week so that we don't waste food by buying things we don't need. So we thought we would try a full week of some of our favourite veggie meals. Here is what we have planned:
Monday - green mac and cheese
Tuesday - cheese soufflés with home made bread
Wednesday - pizza
Thursday - sweet and sour vegetables
Friday - fajitas
